  "x_description": "This dataset contains the Cluster 2 geometric position and velocity accuracy in the GSE coordinate system and provided at 1 minute resolution. The data has been produced by the CAA team using the covariance matrix supplied by ESOC Flight Dynamics and provided in the raw data VA files (see Data Delivery Interface Document CL-ESC-ID-2001, Issue 3). Covariance matrix is extracted with COVMA.FOR routine and accuracy is obtained with: Accuracy in x [km] = sqrt(abs(COVMAT2[0, 0])) Accuracy in y [km] = sqrt(abs(COVMAT2[1, 1])) Accuracy in z [km] = sqrt(abs(COVMAT2[2, 2])) Accuracy in Vx [km/s] = sqrt(abs(COVMAT2[3, 3])) Accuracy in Vy [km/s] = sqrt(abs(COVMAT2[4, 4])) Accuracy in Vz [km/s] = sqrt(abs(COVMAT2[5, 5])) Accuracies are converted from  Inertial  Mean  Geocentric  Equatorial System  of  year J2000.0 to GSE  From 01.09.2016 a factor of 100 was applied to the covariance matrix since it was not applied by ESOC Flight Dynamics  Version 01 of this dataset is the initial release.",
