"x_description": "EDI Prime Parameter Plus (PPPlus) file from Cluster-3 The PP-plus files contain data produced by both of the electron drift analysis techniques (winners and losers, see EDI ICD), and all qualities (good/caution/bad). These files are for advanced users that have the software to filter the data. They have a different number of variables and other skeleton files, than the PP or merged parameter files(MPD). The electric field and drift velocity measurements are given in the inertial frame (a correction has been applied for the spacecraft velocity). These files are stored in NASA/CDF format with the same ISTP/CSDS metadata as the CSDS Prime Parameter Products. Due to the intended use of these files they have not been transcribed into CAA/CEF.",
