  "x_description": "Multi experiment electric field comparison between HIA and EFW are shown using the following datasets: C3_CP_EFW_L3_E3D_INERT C3_CP_CIS-HIA_ONBOARD_MOMENTS_INERT The plots show the EFW electric field components against HIA electric field components in ISR2 coordinate system (pseudo-GSE). The three panels (top to bottom) show the comparison for x, y, and z components. For each panel, the black line shows 1:1 correspondence as a reference line. For the generation of data points the following procedure is implemented: For each HIA data point, it is searched if there is an EFW data point within +/-2 seconds (half a spin), and the value or the average (if more than one value exist) is taken as it is with no interpolation. So each point indicates that there is nearly a simultaneous measurement by both instruments. On the right-hand side of each panel there is a time series plot showing the duration of the interval in HH:MM format on the x-axis and HIA vs EFW electric field readings on the y-axis.
