  "x_description": "This dataset contains the electron density determined from the L=0 cutoff frequency of the L-X mode waves observed in the WBD data in the low density magnetotail. The density is obtained from the electron plasma frequency.  The electron plasma frequency is obtained by knowing the L=0 frequency cutoff of the L-X mode waves and the electron cyclotron frequency, with the former coming from WBD spectrogram analysis and the latter from the measured magnetic field of FGM. Where the electron plasma frequency is much greater than the electron cyclotron frequency the cuttoff is given by fl ~ fpe - 0.5 fce. QUALITY: With regard to the error associated with the measurement, there are two sources of error.  The first is from choosing the L mode cutoff, which has an error of two frequency bins for the FFT size used in analyzing the data.  The second is from the calibration of the FGM data and the interpolation of it to the time of our measurements.  We estimate the addition of these two errors gives an overall error of +/- 0.02 cm^-3.",
