The information makes use of the SUPER_LTOF provided by JSOC and the standard emphemeris handling routines supplied by ESOC. The software is a minor variation on that used to generate the POSGSE_1M family of products. The resolution of the orbit time spans is 1s.  The product is generated for the whole mission time span for which reconstituted orbit information is available. Subsequent versions of the file extend therefore extend the coverage but should not alter orbital time spans already published.",
