"x_description": "This dataset contains quicklook plots of measurements of the auroras from the Doppler-shifted Lyman-alpha line, using the from the Far Ultraviolet (FUV) Spectrographic Imager (S12) instrument on the Imager for Magnetopause-to-Aurora Global Exploration (IMAGE) spacecraft. Six maps are provided per hour, at ten minute cadence, with each map containing two minutes of data. The time at the top right of each panel is the start of the two minute data interval. These data are provided on a reduced spatial resolution grid, intended to provide global context for Cluster observations. The grid is rectilinear, 40x40, with 222 km spacing, centred on the geomagnetic pole, with axes aligned with the noon-midnight and dawn-dusk magnetic local time meridians. Noon is to the top of each panel, with dawn to the right. The colour scale for the intensity of the images is provided at the right of the page. The field of view of the Miracle magnetometer chain is shown as a dashed white line on each plot. The quality flag for each image is shown at the lower right of the panel. The hemisphere of observation is indicated at the lower left of each panel.",
