  "x_description": "This dataset contains electric-field survey spectrogram plots (in units of V^2m^2/H) from the WBD experiment on the four Cluster spacecraft in the following mode: conversion frequency = 125 kHz bandpass   frequency = 77 kHz  When the instrument cycles through different modes, separate spectrogram plots are generated for each antenna and for each mode.  This dataset contains only data from one mode, and the data from other modes are given in another datasets.  In these plots, the data are dilated across the intervals when another modes were used.  At the bottom of the page are given the start and end time of the plot interval.  The WBD antenna used is marked on the left-hand side of each panel, and the spacecraft name/number are provided on the right-hand side of each panel.  Below the time labels on the horizontal axis, are the ephemeris values applicable to the times marked on the horizontal axis. The emphemeris values are provided for the spacecraft whose data are shown in the bottom panel of the plot, just above the time axis labels.",
