  "x_description": "This datasets links the JSOC planning periods to orbital numbers and time intervals. One planning period normally covers three full orbits and is therefore about one week long. Planning periods are strictly consecutive, such that the start of any planning period is identical to the end of the previous period. Planning periods are therefore defined by their end time which is usually five minutes after the predicted perigee pass of a reference spacecraft (with just a few exceptions for special circumstances). The spacecraft C1 was used as the reference spacecraft up to PP=926, and then switched to C3 starting with PP=927. Thus PP 927 started at the perigee pass of C1 and ended at the perigee pass of C3. Note also that since June 2002 all perigee times have been rounded to the next UTC minute.",
